Return/exchange policies:

• Due To Our Made-To-Order Production Model, We Do Not Accept Returns.
• We except exchanges in case of size issues or defective product
• As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you will be responsible for booking your own courier for returning your item.
• Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the size change.
• The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address once with no additional courier charges.
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns and exchanges,only exchanges related to sizes are acceptable
• Custom orders crafted from scratch exclusively for you. As result, we are unable to offer any discounts on custom made pieces.
• Custom-Made Orders Are Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable As They Are Specifically made as per your measurements.
